This website is operated by Monstera's Books, 7930 Floyd St, Overland Park, KS 66204, United States.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and you must provide a delivery address within the United States.

We describe products as accurately as we can, using specifications published by the manufacturer. Photographs are illustrative and colours vary between screens. Where a manufacturer does not publish a figure, we leave it out rather than estimate it. Specifications may be changed by manufacturers without notice.

Prices are in United States Dollars and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place your order. Listings are an invitation to buy, not an offer — a contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Accepted payment methods and how card data is handled are set out in our Payment Policy. We may decline an order where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other users, or copy its content for republication.

The layout, text and original imagery on this site belong to Monstera's Books. Manufacturer product images and trade marks remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the goods offered for sale.

Products are sold for ordinary consumer use. Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied with each item. Nothing on this site is professional, medical or safety advice, and information here is not a substitute for a qualified opinion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kansas, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
